Membership Application - Rates & General Info

Now is the time to join the Worthington Valley Swim Club, and we have made it easier than ever. Just complete the online application or print out an application and mail it back to us. Please include your credit card information, and we'll take care of the rest-except for your picture, which you can submit with your application.

Again in 2008, The Worthington Valley Swim Club will accept major credit cards (Visa & Mastercard).

If your application and payment is made by December 31, 2007, your 2008 rate will be the same pre-season rate paid in 2007. That gives you the opportunitiy to pay the same rate four years in a row.
